The Tatar Public Cultural and Educational Centre of Tashkent, along with local compatriots and youth, participated in this international event. The action aims to promote literacy, knowledge of the literary Tatar language, and to assess spelling and grammatical proficiency.

The speakers for the dictation were: People’s Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Feruza Khaldarova and Honoured Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Educational and Cultural Centre of the K. Nasyri Institute at KFU, Rayhan Mannyapova.

The organizers were Rishat Khismatullovich Nabiullin, Chairman of the TOCPC, and Anvar Begishev, Head of Youth Work.
