As chairman of the Youth Tatar-Bashkir cultural center “Baikal Dulkyn” Rinat Karimov informs, April 4 in Cheremkhovo of the Irkutsk region, at the House of Culture ” Gornyak (Miner)” the annual Children’s Festival of the IV Tatar-Bashkir culture “Altyn Kalyapush” is held. Performances by art groups and performers up to 14 years are planned.

One of the main objectives of the festival – preservation and development of vocal, choreography, instrumental performance, the strengthening of professional and cultural ties between the creative teams and leaders, the development of creativity and improving professional skills.

The festival “Altyn Kyalyapush” (Golden skullcap) from year to year accepts creative teams and performers from different regions of the Irkutsk region. At last year’s festival, the main prize, a skullcap was embroidered with gold thread.

At the same day, the HC “Gornyak ” will host the V scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory. The conference will consider the reports about the Tatar-veterans, veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

After the festival and conference a gala concert is scheduled at the HC “Gornyak”.
