Tatar youth comes from all over the world to Kazan!
From 4 to August 7, 2016, in Kazan will take place the next, VII World Forum of Tatar youth. The Forum will host more than 900 representatives of the Tatar youth from 30 countries of near and far abroad, 60 from the Russian Federation and regions of Tatarstan. The forum will discuss the issues of development of the Tatar nation, preservation of traditions, customs and the role of youth in the preservation of the Tatar national identity.
Programs of the VII World Forum of Tatar youth will include plenary and breakout sessions in five areas in the school project format “Akyl fabrikasi”. Among them: “The history and tourism”, “Education and Learning “, “Management of ethnocultural projects», «Tatweb 2.0» (Tatar language and the Internet), ” PR and journalism.” The lecturers of the school project “Akyl fabrikasi” will be the leading speakers and experts of the republic. Within the framework of the school projects trainings and seminars, panel discussions, social engineering will be held.
On August 4, the forum will host “World Tatar cafe” – the history of the organizations on their activities in the format of a short presentation, and evening of modern Tatar music, where will be performers in a genre of electronic music, hip-hop, jazz and soul – a group of Oscar & c7c5, Ittifaq , Radif Kashapov and others.
August 5, the grand opening of the forum in the Korston, with the participation of heads of public organizations; cultural, social and political figures. At the same time, there will operate “Avenue of Projects” of Tatar youth organizations. After the plenary session will begin working on the sections in the school “Akyl fabrikasi” project format. In the evening, a literary-musical evening “Caleb” with Alina Sharibzyanova, Elmira Nizamova.
August 6, with the participation of all delegates the first mass design session in Russia will take place. Also, on August 6, the closing plenary session of the Forum and the election of the governing bodies of the forum. It is also planned to visit the literary-memorial complex of Gabdulla Tukai in Kyrlay, Day of Arsk town, where our delegates together with the Honored artists of Tatarstan will demonstrate their creative items , concert and entertainment programs.
On the last day of the forum, on August 7, trip tour to “Innopolis”, objects and the festival “Hay Market” (Pechen bazaar ) will take place.
The Forum is organized by the Executive Committee of “World Congress of Tatars and the World Forum of Tatar Youth with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan.
By results of several days of the Forum, its governing body will be elected, consisting of the Coordinating Council VFTM (All-Russia Form of Tatar Youth) and Chairman, as well as a road map of Tatar youth initiatives to be adopted. The Coordinating Council – permanent governing body of VFTM – will include
leaders and activists of Tatar youth organizations from regions and foreign countries.
Today, the Forum brings together and coordinates about hundred of youth social, religious and cultural organizations around the world.

The World Forum of Tatar Youth was created in 2004. At the same time, its first congress passed, which brought together 484 delegates from Tatarstan, Russian regions and 16 countries.
According to the Charter, VFTM (All-Russia Forum of Tatar Youth) is held once in two years.
The focus of VFTM are issues of formation of national consciousness of the young generation of Tatars, preservation of language, culture, customs and traditions of the Tatar people. The main objective of the Forum is to find ways to preserve for the young generation of Tatars national values such as knowledge of the native language, its history and culture, defining benchmarks of nation’s development in the near future.
