On April 21, 2019, the anniversary concert of the folk vocal ensemble “Nur” of the Center for Tatar Culture of the Association of National Cultures “House of Friendship” of the city of Tary of the Omsk Region, headed by Nalgieva Elena Alexandrovna, will be held. The event will be take place at the Tatar cultural and leisure center “North”.

The vocal ensemble “Nur” first appeared on the stage on April 25, 2004. The group’s repertoire includes song, ceremonial and play performances, such as “Aulak Uy” (Village Sessions), Kaz өmәse ”(Feast of the Goose Feather),“ Karga Botkasy ”(Crow porridge). The ensemble takes part in all regional cultural events, in stadium theatrical performances on the Day of the City of Tara. The collective  is a permanent participant of district and regional holidays – Sabantuy. In 2016, the folk vocal ensemble “Nur” became the third degree diploma holder  at the 9th International Festival of Historical and Cultural Heritage “Isker-dien” of Tobolsk – 2016; the team is a member of the All-Russian competition of Tatar folklore “Tugarak uen”. In 2017, in Kazan, at the VI Congress of the World Congress of Tatars (August 2-6, 2017), the folk vocal ensemble “Nur” performed with the master classes of the cuisine by Siberian Tatars, which was held at the Kazan Kremlin, in 2018 was a debutant at the anniversary of the X All-Russian competition of Tatar folklore “Turarak uen” in the village  Old Kulatka, the  Ulyanovsk region.

Active creative activity of the ensemble “Nur” is aimed at preserving and promoting the traditions of the Tatar people. Over the years, the ensemble has accumulated a large repertoire, which includes works by Tatar composers. With their performances, the collective brings a special flavor to the district and city events, the vocal ensemble “Nur” actively cooperates and exchanges experience with other folklore groups. Every year the performing skills of the Nur team are improved. The ensemble has regular spectators who love it and are waiting for the next performances.
