The XIV International Festival of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Siberian Tatars “Isker-dzhyen” will be held from August 2 to 4 in Tobolsk.

The main goals and objectives of the festival are: the revival of national traditions and the preservation of the culture of Siberian Tatars.

The festival is held in the following categories:
vocals, instrumental performance, choreography, artistic expression, arts and crafts.

National-cultural autonomies, public organizations and foundations, cultural institutions, the media, representatives of state authorities and local self-government, secondary school students, and students can take part in the festival.
