March 26, at the Tatar cultural center in Moscow a constituent assembly of the Tatar youth of the Moscow region was held: the representatives of 8 Moscow oblast. It was attended by representatives of the older generation: chairman of RTNKA MO F. Mukhtasarov, chairman of the Kolomna district MTNKA N. Dzhabarova and deputy D. Yusupov, chairman of MTNKA of the Balashikha district Z. Yusupov etc.

Initially, all met:. each participant gave a brief introduced himself. Then the concept was approved on the Regulations and the program of activities. The Council has been elected, which consisted of one representative from each city: Eldar Salakhetdinov (Dubna), Ruslan Abdullin (Khimki), Dinara Akhtareeva (Kolomna), Ramil Valeev (Podolsk), Farida Gazidova (Zheleznodorozhny), Arsen Gizatulin (Sergiev-Posad ) Rimma Gumirova (Domodedovo), Peter Dukhanov (Naro-Fominsk) Chairman of Council elected Eldar Salakhetdinov, candidate of historical sciences, who is no stranger to the youth movement, and in December 2015 participated in a school of leaders of Tatar youth, organized by the youth center “Idel” in Kazan.

in the Russian Federation and invited to cooperate. Under the program, Professor B. F. Usmanov spoke before the youth themed “Close-knit family, how it is created” and handed out materials to prepare for the master class, which will be organized in October 2016, then Professor G. A. Bautdinov gave information on “Genealogy –how it is made.” Between the reports, the ensemble performed “Safnur” ( chief Lyasan Sibgatullina) before the participants. Perfectly singing Tatar songs, boys and girls in national costumes created an additional positive emotional charge for the present. The meeting ended with the performance of the song “Tugan Tel” and collective photographing.
