Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theater  named after K. Tinchurin is going on tour to Germany with the play “The Fastidious Bridegroom”. As the press service of the theater reported, this trip is timed to the 130th anniversary of the outstanding Tatar dramatist Karim Tinchurin.

The tour is scheduled for November 17 – 20. Tinchurintsy will show their performance in Bonn and Leipzig. The project is being implemented at the invitation of the Tatar Diaspora in Germany with  support of the Government of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Creative meetings with the Tatar Diaspora are also planned. Artists have already started working on a concert program.

We remind  in 2012 the Tinchuriners presented a performance based on the works by Gabdulla Tukay in the Belgian cities of Brussels and Bruges. The production   watched  not only the Tatars of Belgium, but also neighboring France and Germany. In 2016 the team presented two performances in Helsinki.
