Tukay at the airport of Kazan feels like home!

Today, a group of Kazan students, together with a student of the Graduate School of National Culture and Education named after G.Tukay, KFU Zilya Mubarakshina held an unusual action at the Kazan airport called “Tukay at the Kazan airport feels like home!”, according to the community of Kazan International Airport on the social network.
The action was held in the framework of the project “Great Names of Russia”. Currently, the final vote continues for the names of great compatriots who will be assigned to major airports in the country. Gabdulla Tukay is leading in the voting for Kazan airport.
Young people in make-up and costumes stylized as Gabdulla Tukai staged an unusual flash mob: they treated the passengers to chak-chak, read poems, communicated with those departing and just walked around the waiting room. Also, guests of the airport were greeted by heroes of Tatar poet’s tales: Shurale and Su Anasy.
