Tasks of the creative shift:
The holding of the International Festival of Traditional Culture and Art of the Turkic World of Russia “Urmai Zalida” will contribute to the growing progress of the artistic and creative and festival movement in Chuvashia, cultural interethnic integration and will be a great event not only in the cultural life of Chuvashia, the Volga Federal District and beyond. Main tasks: – development of interregional cultural cooperation; – Support for international cultural exchange (among Russian collectives); – propaganda of the ethnic culture of the Turkic peoples of Russia;- Within the framework of the Festival to organize training programs for professional development.
Time and place of the creative shift:
April 24, 2018 – the opening of the International Festival of Traditional Culture and Art of the Turkic World “Urmai Zalida” at the Urmayevsky Village House of Culture: Concert of Tatar folklore and ethnographic groups, individual performers of the Chuvash Republic;
April 25, 2018 Concert of creative collectives of the Tatar cultural center of Ulyanovsk;
April 26, 2018 – competition day of the festival: – Opening of the contest of all nominations at the Urmayevsky rural House of Culture of the Komsomol district of the Chuvash Republic, at 9.00 o’clock; – Gala concert of the winners of the festival, at 18.00.
July 7, 2018 – Gala concert of the festival laureates at the Federal National Holiday “Sabantuy” in Cheboksary.
Conditions of the competitions
Nominations of the contest-festival:
- Traditional folklore ensembles, working in an authentic form;
- Folklore ensembles working in the style of ethno-futurism;
III. National instrumental performance;
- National solo vocal performance: folk, pop singing
(ensembles, groups, studios);
- National folklore and choreographic performance;
The V Instrumental performance: performance on wind, plucked, keyboard musical instruments;
VII. Painting, decorative and applied art according to the tales of Turkic peoples;
VIII. Scientific reports (research or experimental works), reports, abstracts, methodical developments on the musical culture of the Turkic peoples.
AWARDS:
The professional jury defines the winners, laureates 1, 2, 3 degrees and the Grand Prix of the competition-festival. Participants are awarded with a special prize, gifts, diplomas.
