Vasil Shaikhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, is currently on a working visit to the Omsk region. During his visit, he inspected the buildings of the Tatar farmstead.

The farmstead is situated in “Green Island” park of culture and recreation, along the banks of the Irtysh River. The territory of “Green Island” is organized into various thematic locations.

The “Tatar farmstead” was constructed in anticipation of the upcoming Sabantui and aims to familiarize visitors with Tatar culture. It features a traditional Tatar house, a house-museum, pavilions, a mosque, a well, and more. Guests at the farmstead were warmly welcomed and had the opportunity to sample baked goods and beverages from Tatar cuisine.
