On August 28th, Vasil Shaikhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, embarked on a working visit to Zelenodolsk district. During his visit, Mr. Shaikhraziev travelled to the village of Novaya Tura.

He was joined by Mikhail Afanasyev, head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, for a meeting where the necessity of constructing a Tatar school in Novaya Tura was discussed. Plans are underway to address this issue by incorporating the school into the State Programme.

Vasil Shaikhraziev subsequently visited the village of Bolshoi Kulbash, where he inspected the local community center, which is currently in a dilapidated condition. He engaged with the center’s staff and listened to their concerns about the building’s state of disrepair. The staff requested Mr. Shaikhraziev’s assistance in restoring the building. He assured them that he would take appropriate steps to address their request.
