Today, June 11, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziev, will embark on a working visit to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). His visit is dedicated to the preparation and organization of the 25th Federal Sabantuy — one of the main cultural events of the year for the Tatar people and all peoples of Russia.

The Sabantuy will take place in Yakutsk from June 13 to 14, 2025. The main venue of the celebration will be Komsomolskaya Square, where the official opening ceremony will be held. In addition, festivities will also be held at the Tuymaada Stadium and in the city’s park of culture and leisure.

Tomorrow, June 12, a full dress rehearsal of the prologue for the Federal Sabantuy will be held in Yakutsk. During the rehearsal, organizers will finalize key elements of the ceremonial performance. A walkthrough of all event locations will also be conducted to assess infrastructure readiness and coordinate the efforts of participants.
