Today, the Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziev, attended a festive religious service dedicated to one of the main Muslim holidays — Eid al-Fitr. Vasil Gabtelgayazovich visited the Shigabutdin Marjani Mosque, where a ceremonial sermon and prayer were held.

Eid al-Fitr is one of the two major holidays in the Muslim calendar, marking the end of the fast observed during the holy month of Ramadan. The tradition of celebrating the day of breaking the fast dates back to the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
