On the Day of Russia, new commemorative plates and stars were inaugurated in Perm. They are installed in honor of residents and institutions that have contributed to the development of the city.

The solemn event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev, Governor of Perm Krai Dmitry Makhonin, Chief Federal Inspector Sergey Polovnikov, representatives of the State Duma, the administration of the municipality.

Dmitry Makhonin noted that the laying of commemorative plates with the names of residents is an opportunity to honor the memory of great countrymen.
