Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziyev, arrived on a working visit to the city of Syzran. Accompanying him was the head of the organization “Duslyk” and member of the National Council, Fakhretdin Kanyukayev. The guests were welcomed by the head of Syzran, Sergey Volodchenkov, as well as the city’s imam-khatib, Ilgizar Hazrat Sagdeev.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation with the Tatar community, cultural and humanitarian projects, and joint plans for the future. They also reviewed the progress of the construction of the new mosque.
