Today, on February 14, Vasil Shaykhraziyev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of theTatars, made an official visit to Nurlat District.

A key moment of the visit was the awarding of medals to Great Patriotic War veteran Kaim Samigullovich Samigullin, as well as home front workers Islam Karimovich Bakhtiyarov, Asiya Fakhrutdinovna Safina, Minzigyan Mukhametgatovna Sadykova, and Ekaterina Georgievna Shikova.

The initiative to award the medals was launched by the President of our country, Vladimir Putin, on January 27. In our republic, this initiative was carried on by the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov.
