Vasyl Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, arrived on a working visit to the Republic of Buryatia.

He was greeted at Baikal International Airport by Mikhail Kharitonov, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Buryatia – Chairman of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Development of Civil Initiatives, and Sazhida Batalova, Chairwoman of the Tatar Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of the Republic of Buryatia. Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasyl Shaykhraziev held an official meeting with the Head of the Republic of Buryatia, Alexey Tsydenov.

The visit’s agenda includes meetings with regional leadership, a district assembly with heads and active members of Tatar public organizations of the Far Eastern Federal District, as well as a summary of the activities of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars for 2025 and a discussion of tasks for 2026.
