Today, on May 19, a significant event took place in the field of journalism and mass media in Tatarstan — the awards ceremony for the winners of the 28th Republican Contest “Bellur Kalem – Crystal Pen.” This annual event is a prestigious recognition of the work of media professionals.

This year’s competition featured strong journalists, editorial teams, and creative groups competing across various categories. In the category “Effective Press Office,” the award was won by the Information and Media Relations Department of the World Congress of the Tatars (WCT). The prize was presented by Lilia Galimova, the Press Secretary to the Head of Tatarstan, and was received by Gulnaz Shaikhieva, Head of the WCT’s Information and Media Relations Department.
