From May 16 to 18, 2025, the cities of Kazan and Bolgar will host the XV All-Russian Forum of Tatar Religious Leaders under the theme “National Identity and Religion.” This traditional event will bring together imams, Islamic scholars, clergy, public figures, and experts from across Russia.
A total of 1,049 delegates from 74 regions of the Russian Federation are expected to attend. This is the largest gathering of Muslim clergy in Russia, aimed at strengthening unity, facilitating the exchange of experiences, and discussing current issues facing Islamic life in a multiethnic country.

Main Objective of the Forum
