The festival-competition aims to preserve and popularize the national costume, its elements, and decorations as part of the cultural and spiritual heritage of our republic. Participants will have the opportunity not only to learn about traditions but also to experience them firsthand and immerse themselves in the world of folk art.

The festival-competition is open to individuals of all ages, from 18 to 36 years old and 37 years old and older. It features the following categories:

• Folklore: Participants from a folklore group will perform one folklore composition.
• Oral Folk Art: Participants will present an excerpt of a “bait” or “munajat”.
