Memory evening of Muhammad Minachev in Moscow

At the Tatar national cultural center of Moscow  a  memory evening in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Tatar public figure, leader of the Vatan party Mukhammad Minachovich Minachev was held.

At the Tatar national cultural center of Moscow  an evening of memory in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Tatar public figure, leader of the Vatan party Mukhammad Minachovich Minachev was held. The memorial evening was visited  by friends, relatives and ordinary Tatars of Moscow.

Among the guests of the evening were mufti Nafigulla Ashirov, ex-plenipotentiary of Tatarstan in Russia Nazif Mirikhanov, public figure Gayar Iskander, journalist Nazif Karimov, chairman of the Tatar social center Farit Zakiev, honored artist of Tatarstan Roza Khabibullina, poet Akhmat Sattar and others.

The event began with the reading of the Koran by Mufti Nafigulla Ashirov. The Mufti named M. Minachev a great Tartar and a faithful fighter for the rights of the Tatars in Moscow.

The participants of the evening noted that since the 1970s Muhammad Minachev had been carrying out educational activities among the Tatars of Moscow. For the first time after the war in Moscow he organized Sabantuy, opened Tatar classes in schools, Tatar groups in kindergartens, made a huge contribution to the return of Asadullayev’s house to the Tatars. He still  during  the Soviet years    held  Tatar events, meetings with Tatar writers in Moscow, distributed Tatar literature among the Tatars.

 

On behalf of the “Moscow Tatar Headquarters”,  administrator of the movement Gulnara Yarullina shared her memories of Muhammad Minachev. As she noted, Muhammad Minachev regularly attended the events of the “Moscow Tatar Headquarters”.

“The last time Muhammad aga attended a round table devoted to the problems of language learning. It was November last year. Aksakal urged young people to study the Tatar heritage and communicate with each other in principle in their native language. He was a real aksakal and a counselor on Tatar issues for young people “- said the coordinator of the” Staff “of the Tatars of Moscow Gulnara Yarullina.

The evening of memory ended with the performance of the song “Tugan tel.”
