On November 28 and 29 on the stage of the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after M. Jalil for the fourth time the festival of the Tatar song “Uzguresh Kile” (“Wind of Changes”) will be held.

The idea of ​​creating the festival belongs to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. The first festival was held in November 2016, following its results, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan decided to make the festival annual.

This year 16 singers will perform in the project. The number of participants included artists of three seasons (Alina Sharipzhanova, Aidar Suleymanov, Arthur and Elsa Islamov, Ksenia Korobkova, Ilnar Miranov, Amir Akhmadishin and others). The participants will present songs in the Tatar language in modern arrangements to the accompaniment of a symphonic-jazz orchestra (conductor – Stanislav Kurbatsky). The music director  of the production again became  musician, trumpeter, band leader, teacher Vadim Eilenkrig (Moscow). The lighting design of the show was made by the Moscow company Q-Stage. The street jazz ballet led by Sergey Mandrik (Moscow) will take part in the concert show.

On January 17th, a festival concert will be held at Carnegie Hall in New York.
