Speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand in the Year of the Family to pay special attention to families with many children

The event was moderated by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev.

He thanked the regional leadership for their assistance in organizing a meeting with the leaders of Tatar national and cultural associations of the Ural Federal District.

The Grand Prix was presented the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

140 boys and girls applied to participate in it. But 50 of the best were selected from them.

The leaders discussed issues of developing interregional socio-economic cooperation between the republics.

Lessons are held in two groups. The first one is for children who have just started learning the language, the second one is for kids who have been attending classes for several years now.

This year the festival celebrates its 20th anniversary.

The bid campaign of the Republican festival "Altyn Kalam – Golden Feather" has begun. Young people between the ages of 14 and 24 from the Republic of Tatarstan who are engaged in media activities can apply until January 31.
