On 29 March, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev took part in the 12th regional Iftar. The religious event was attended by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimev.

Kazan Expo Exhibition center gathered more than 12 thousand Muslims from all over Tatarstan. The guests could visit the Halal market expositions and installations dedicated to the Ramadan month.
