The draft Strategy for the Development of the Tatar People will be distributed to Izga Bulgarians

We will publish it in the “Khalkim mine” newspaper of the Congress, and distribute it to everyone who visits Izga Bolgar yyy. After that, until August, we will continue to refine it, ”said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress, Vasil Shaikhraziev, speaking in Chelny.
