Support Fund for Cultural Development under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan will acquaint children with Tatar folklore in a “new sound”
Support Fund for Cultural Development under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing a new project “Khazina”, aimed at the younger generation acquainted with Tatar folklore and literature. The Fund has issued an electronic media (dvd-drive), which in two languages (Russian and Tatar) recorded popular Tatar fairy tales. As planned by the organizers, the new multimedia technologies used at creating a carrier to make the process of acquaintance with the Tatar fairy tales attractive.
Each kit includes 2 discs (one in Russian and one in Tatar), which recorded 10 popular Tatar fairy tales. The project provides a universal approach to the diverse needs of children – the child can read a book or watch himself and listen to multimedia version. Illustration to the tale was created by a renowned artist Albert
Galimov. The role of the narrator performed a theater actor after K.Tinchurin theatre Zulfat Zakirov. The project uses music by composer Radik Salimov.
“Digital libraries, readers, social networks and online services – alas, a traditional book in some way plays away a new format, which is developing in a modern society – says the curator of the project, executive director of the RT Fund for Support of Culture President Nuria Khashimova. – We believe that today the media – is a versatile and very actual approach, using which we can introduce children to folklore and literature. Fairy tales contain a great spiritual wealth for generation, not by chance, our project is called “Khazina” – “treasure”: a “treasure trove” of experience, traditions and spiritual values of the people. ”
Discs with text, music and illustrative material in a quantity of 1000 pieces will be sent to schools, children’s art palaces, kindergartens and educational centers of the republic free of charge (including by the request of organizations).
