The competition is held from December 12, 2023 to January 31, 2024. Anyone aged 7 years and older may participate in it.

Participants must record on video an expressive reading of a work by Tatar classical and modern writers and send it until January 10, 2024. Video requirements: 1920*1080, 16.9 (horizontal), in mpg., mpeg2 or mpeg4(H264) format.
