Today, the 8th All-Russian Forum of Tatar Journalists officially opened in Kazan. Delegates began their registration at the headquarters of the World Congress of Tatars, where a productive and dynamic atmosphere already prevails, setting the tone for several days of engaging discussions.
This year, the forum brings together representatives from 20 regions of Russia — including editors-in-chief of newspapers, television and radio journalists, bloggers, and new media specialists. The event will run for three days, featuring an intensive program that combines training sessions, experience sharing, and cultural activities.
The forum’s agenda includes:
-
A meeting with Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars;
-
Master classes at the “Shayan TV” channel and the “Tatmedia” agency;
-
A field trip to the Arsk District, following in the footsteps of famous Tatar figures.
In addition, the forum will conclude with the announcement of the results of the All-Russian competition “Khäbär”, which traditionally recognizes the best representatives of Tatar journalism.
