Twenty students from educational institutions of the city became laureates of the Penza mayor’s award in four categories: “for outstanding achievements in intellectual activities,” “for outstanding achievements in artistic activities,” “for outstanding achievements in physical education and sports,” and “for outstanding achievements in public and civic activities.”

Among the award recipients was Elina Khusyainova, a member of the youth executive committee of the Tatar national and cultural autonomy of Penza Oblast.

A total of 90 applications were submitted for consideration. The expert council noted that the competition reflects a high level of educational and developmental work carried out by the city’s institutions. The award recognizes the achievements of talented young people who are committed to personal growth, self-education, realizing their potential, and active participation in public life.

The laureates and their mentor teachers were welcomed and presented with awards by Denis Sobolev, chairman of the Penza City Duma; Oleg Denisov, head of the city; and Vladimir Agapov, chairman of the committee for physical culture, sports, and youth policy.

The Tatar national and cultural autonomy of Penza Oblast congratulates Elina Khusyainova on her well-deserved award and wishes her continued success and new achievements.
