The Tatar song contest "КHATER" (Memory) has been held in the House of Friendship of Peoples in Magnitogorsk for about 20 years.

The program of the evening includes reading works of classics of Tatar-Bashkir poetry, reading author's works (in Tatar or Bashkir languages).

There will be a meeting with the Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region Vladimir Evmenkov, a solemn ceremony of opening a memorial plaque to Honorary Citizen of the city of Murmansk A.Tumparov and other events.

October 19-20, the Days of Tatar Enlightenment were held in the Penza region. The delegation of Tatarstan was headed by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Minzaliya Zakirova and Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the WCT Ilgiz Khalikov

The solemn event was attended by the Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars Danis Shakirov.

In accordance with the curriculum, 36 students will receive knowledge in the Tatar language courses weekly.

The VII All-Russian Forum of Tatar local historians brought together participants from Tatarstan and 13 regions of the Volga region, the Urals and Western Siberia, activists of Tatar public and local history structures.

А free educational week will be held for teachers and choreographers of any direction on the regional features of the Tatar dance.

It is aimed at the creative and social development of students, the formation of interest in the study of the Tatar language, national traditions and culture of the Tatar people.

The audience will be presented with an exact copy of the manuscript of the 8th century "Uthman's Quran", made of silver of the highest 999 standard and consisting of 162 pages.
