A monument to the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay will be erected in the Novy settlement in the Tukaevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. A place has been determined for the monument near the House of Culture, Chelninskiye Izvestiya writes.

Head of the Tukaevsky district of Tatarstan, Fail Kamaev, went to the site of the future improvement. Today, work is underway to renovate the park next to the local House of Culture as part of the republican program for the development of public spaces. Tukaevtsy chose this option out of six proposed.

As part of the reconstruction, the square in front of the House of Culture will also be renovated. The territory, together with the park, will become a recreation area for local residents, it will be landscaped, and playgrounds for children and adults will be equipped here.
