Amateur groups of folk dance ensembles aged 14 to 55 can take part in the competition.
The goals of the competition are enrichment and popularization of the national heritage, promotion and preservation of the Tatar folk dance. In addition, this is the identification, encouragement and comprehensive support of the most talented children and youth, creative teams, providing them with support in creative self-realization.
The final of the All-Russian television competition of the Tatar folk dance “Apipa” will be held in Kazan.
