History of Tatar villages: past and present

Muslyumovo hosted a 2-day offsite meeting of the regional public organization of Tatar women “Ak kalfak”. The event was attended by about 150 women from Australia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China, 10 regions of Russia.

Master classes and exhibitions were organized for members of “Ak Kalfak”. During the event, they got acquainted with the life of local residents.

In the plenary part of the meeting, the heads of the local branches of “Ak Kalfak” spoke about the work they perform. In particular, about the revival of Tatar traditions and about instilling love for the native language among children.

Chairman of the World Public Organization of Tatar Women “Ak Kalfak” Kadriya Idrisova noted the importance of reviving springs and wells, which have long helped the villagers.

Letters of thanks from the World Congress of Tatars were awarded to representatives of communities that have made a significant contribution to the development of Ak Kalfak.
