In Kazan, the Eighth World Forum of Tatar Youth is over

From August 1 to August 5, 2018, the VIII World Forum of Tatar Youth was held in Kazan.
More than 1000 representatives of the Tatar youth from 30 countries of near and far abroad, 60 regions of the Russian Federation and regions of Tatarstan took part in the Forum. The delegates discussed the problems of the development of the Tatar nation, preservation of traditions, customs and role of the Tatar youth in preserving national identity.
The first day of the forum,
delegates arrived in the capital of Tatarstan. After registration, the Tatar youth visited the museum of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan and got acquainted with the sights of Staro-Tatar Sloboda. In the evening, Business acquaintance was held on districts.
Second day
On August 2 of the current year in the shopping and entertainment center “Korston” there was a plenary session of the Forum – an event at which the projects of the Tatar youth, their implementations, the fate of the Tatar language, plans for the future were discussed. What should be the Tatar youth of 2050 – the forum delegates tried to look into the future.
The plenary session was opened by Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress Vasil Shaykhraziev. He welcomed the participants on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Speaking, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars has repeatedly stressed that young people are the future and high hopes are placed on them. “Many events are held in Kazan. These are different formats – scientists, religious figures, and leaders of different levels gather together. Tatarstan closely interacts with youth, in this direction the republic in Russia is among the leaders. Today’s forum is the result of this work. Today, Tatar youth from 60 regions and 25 countries gathered here. Although we were born and live in different parts of the world, we are united by our national identity and language, “said Vasil Shaykhraziev.
Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Vasil Shaikhraziev highly appreciated the projects presented at the Project Alley. According to him, this is not only the dreams of young people, but already embodied projects. And they are all interesting, worthy of attention. He also noted that the possibilities of the Internet network make it possible to embody different projects in various parts of the globe, to unite the youth.
Later, a project session on districts was held.
Day Three
On August 3 in the Village of the Universiade there were discussion sites on the topics: Business, Historical Memory, Language and Education, New Culture, Young Ambassadors of Tatarstan, SMM and Blogging.
Later the delegates of the forum listened to a lecture by the Soviet and Russian astrophysicist, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation Rashid Alievich Syunyaev.
Later in the second part of the plenary session, the World Forum of Tatar Youth re-elected Tabris Yarullin as its leader. All sitting in the hall as one raised their mandates in support of this candidate.
Then talked about summing up the results of the 6 discussion areas. Each participant was given the resolution of the VIII Forum. The speakers were Renat Galiakhmetov, Airat Faizrakhmanov, Batyr Harisov, Ilnar Garifullin, Radif Kashapov, etc.
The forum guests enthusiastically approached these issues. Some delegates made their proposals. As a result of the plenary session, a resolution will be adopted. Within a week, a document prepared in advance will be supplemented by the proposals that were made at the Forum.
The third day of the forum ended with a concert of modern Tatar music.
Day four
On August 4, delegates of the World Forum of Tatar Youth visited the Bolgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve and the Baltasinsky District. In the evening in the city of Arsk a concert was held with the participation of delegates of the Forum.
Day five
Tatar youth took part in the festival “Pechun bazaars”. Within the framework of the festival, delegates visited master classes on Tatar cooking Asha & Aralash and master class on Tatar dances from choreographer Nigina Nizamieva – Biyu for you.
