The Governor of the Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza Region V.K. Lidin, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza Region Oleg Yagov, Chairman of the Republican Public Organization “Tatar National-Cultural Autonomy of the Penza Region” Zhigansha Tuktarov, Minister of Education of the Penza Region Aleksey Komarov, Advisor to the Governor of the Penza Region Rustyam Agishev, representatives of the clergy, a delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan, etc.

Members of the executive committee also took an active part in the event from the NGO “Tatar National-Cultural Autonomy of the Penza Region”. Sports competitions were organized at several venues of the event: the national wrestling “Tatarcha Koresh”, kettlebell lifting competitions, horse racing.

Amusements, playgrounds and national cuisine worked at the sites intended for folk festivals. At the end of the event, a bright memorable concert of artists of the Republic of Tatarstan took place for the guests. The concert program was intense and left a lot of emotions.

At the end of the official part, the contest “Miss Sabantuy-2022” was organized. Traditionally, this competition is saturated with national color and includes the following competitive stages: self-presentation in the Tatar language, culinary, creative, defile in evening dresses.

The competition was attended by 5 extraordinary, radiant girls who conquered the jury with their beauty, individual originality, grace, thrift and talent. The girls showed excellent knowledge of the Tatar language and national culture. The jury could not choose the winner for a long time, since each of the participants could rightfully become the winner.
