It was a very exciting and interesting trip. We went to Kazan by train. Throughout the road, I was preparing for the contest, I was studying the theory. Having arrived at the city, we were settled at the Universiade Village. In total, 500 people took part in the Olympiada. Participants came from different cities of Russia, as well as from other countries: France, Japan, Canada, etc. They were strong and worthy rivals. Our program included: a city tour, a trip to Arsk, a museum dedicated to Gabdulla Tukai, visiting the Kamal Theater for the play “My White Kalfak”. In the competitive program there was a theoretical round and a creative contest. In the theoretical round, we showed all our knowledge of the Tatar language, literature and history of the Tatar people. At the creative competition, we presented our city and showed our talents someone in dance, someone in song or reading poems. Each of the participants was well prepared for each of the stages of the Olympiad. I’m very happy for the people who took the 1,2,3 place.
I hope that next year I will again go to this wonderful city for the Olympiada, and I will try to prepare myself even better for the contest, and I will be able to compete for prizes. I will remember this trip for many years of my life.
I sincerely thank Khazipov Yasavi Tagirovich, Gabidullina Landysh Faritovna and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan.
