May 25, 2014, the VI inter-regional national Festival of Folk Art “Kasimovskaya Golden Boat” was held. At the Cathedral Square of the city, traditionally Kasimov handicrafts items were displayed.

Kasimovsky Tatar national-cultural autonomy, which participated in the festival, presented the life of Kasimov Tatars, ethnic food. Creative collectives were on stage. Participants , the Republic of Tatarstan, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov region, Ryazan, Kasimov Shatsky, Sasovo Skopina, Starozhilovo , Ermishinskogo , Ryazan , and Putyatinsky, Zakharovsky regions presented their mastery.

People’s National collective of song and dance “Sabantui ” from village Azeevo of Ermishinskogo regions under leadership of Riva Ibragimovna Burnesheva presented with its program.

Interregional Festival of folk craftsmen ” Kasimovskaya Golden Boat ” is summing up the year of creative collectives and masters of the region aimed at revival of folk traditions and crafts, preserving the traditions of the national music and dance cultures , promotion poetic heritage of the residents of the Ryazan region. Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan region Vitaly Popov familiarized with the festival.

Kasimovskaya Tatar national-cultural autonomy in the face of the Chairman of Kasimovskaya autonomy Ildar Dinarovich Bikuev thanked the organizers of the festiva, Office of Culture and Tourism of the municipal administration of Kassimov city.
