Today a seminar-session of the leaders of local organizations of the World Congress of the Tatars in the Republic of Tatarstan will take place. The event will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the WCT Vasil Shaykhraziev, specialists from ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also, for the heads of local organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan, an excursion around the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan will be organized. The guests will also attend a creative evening dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Aydar Khalim.
