On November 12-14, 2023, the 1st All-Russian Native Language Forum is being held in Kazan. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, member of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Ilsur Khadiullin spoke at the plenary session of the forum.

“A modern teacher of the Tatar language has a great mission. He must serve to preserve the language. For this today, ample opportunities and modern conditions have been created. Federal law has preserved the right to study the native languages of the peoples of Russia as a mandatory part of educational programs,” he said.
