Minnikhanov about the Moscow-Tatarstan Bridge Forum: This form of our communication is very important

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov made a working visit to Moscow. The main purpose of the visit is participation in the IV Moscow Youth Forum “Bridge Moscow – Tatarstan”.

For the fourth year, the Moscow-Tatarstan Bridge Forum brings together undergraduate and graduate students, as well as young people who recently began their career in Moscow. In turn, speakers, well-known people from Tatarstan, share with them tips on choosing a profession, achieving success and answering questions.

The initiator and organizer of the event is the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Moscow and the Youth Council at the Plenipotentiary.

Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed the participants of the forum and expressed his gratitude to all the organizers of this meeting. “We are very pleased to meet you. We have many events in Tatarstan, but this forum is distinguished by a special atmosphere. Each of us – sitting in the hall and speakers – can hear a lot of instructive. This form of our communication is very important, ”the President of Tatarstan said.

Further, the Minister of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan Damir Fattakhov told about the activities and areas of work of the new ministry. He noted that considerable attention is paid to youth work in the republic. Next year, Tatarstan will celebrate the 25th anniversary of youth policy. “Over the years, much has been done so that young people have the opportunity to study, get a job, realize their creative potential, and achieve success in science. A number of system projects operate in the republic, including the “Constellation – Yoldyzlyk” movement, the “Selat” community, “Student labor groups” and many others, ”the minister said.

He stressed that the mission of creating opportunities for young people and the formation of a new generation of goal-oriented, sociable, independent Tatarstanians is at the heart of the programs of the new ministry. “The whole industry of youth policy requires a reboot: from the legal framework and the digitalization of our work to the content of the upgrade programs for all specialists working with young people,” said the speaker.

One of the main tasks in this work, according to Damir Fattakhov, is the formation of a modern youth environment. “Tatarstan has already made a very serious breakthrough in terms of creating a quality environment. There were new houses of culture, youth centers, teen clubs that can compete with metropolitan facilities. Thanks to the program for the development of public spaces throughout the country more than 200 parks and squares were opened. These sites are in demand by young people for creative and educational purposes, ”said the Head of the Ministry of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“Today’s meeting is a good opportunity to get feedback from you. It is important that having left the republic you did not break the connection, but rather became the carriers of the cultural code of Tatarstan, gained experience and knowledge that is useful both to you and our republic, the minister added. – Once you made a decision to leave Tatarstan. After analyzing your motives, we will be able to work much more efficiently so that the best personnel will stay with us in the republic ”.

This year, together with the President of Tatarstan, Deputy Speaker of the Republic of Tatarstan – Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation Ravil Akhmetshin, Honored Trainer of Russia, Moscow City Duma Deputy Renat Laishev, famous pastry chef and founder of a unique school on pastry skills Renat Agzamov, Soviet and Russian actor of theater and cinema, People’s Artist of the RSFSR Sergey Shakurov, a participant in the hostilities in the North Caucasus, Hero of Russia Vladimir Alimov, Russian test cosmonaut, Hero of Russia Sergey Ryzhikov, merit  Russian  doctor Rinat Saitgareev, entrepreneur and investor Ayaz Shabutdinov, Russian gymnast, Olympic Champion Aliya Mustafina, popular singer Radik Yulyakshin (Elvin Grey).

Each of the speakers briefly spoke about what prompted them to choose one or another field of activity, what difficulties they encountered on their career path, and also gave useful advice to young people.

So, Renat Agzamov complained about the personnel shortage in the confectionery industry in Russia. “Our country today is considered the fastest growing market for  consumption of chocolate. But if in Belgium and in France there are enough boutiques selling chocolate products, in Russia there are practically none. And today there is a huge problem of lack of specialists. Foreign investors are willing to invest in the development of the local industry, but we do not have technologists and specialists. Therefore, keep in mind that the confectionery industry needs professionals, ”he addressed the present.

 

 

Then the meeting continued in a question-answer format. Rustam Minnikhanov was interested in the development of sports infrastructure in the republic, the promotion of the principles of halal lifestyle, and also asked to tell what helps or hinders him in life. “Nothing can prevent us from living. We have woken up and should thank the Almighty for being alive and well. If there are any difficulties in the work, we try to get the most out of it, ”said the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. After that, Rustam Minnikhanov presented a number of awards for  great contribution to strengthening friendship between Tatarstan and Moscow.

In conclusion, the presenters recalled that this year the country celebrated 73 years since the Great Victory. More than 700 thousand Tatarstan citizens went to the front, and almost 12 thousand of them died on the territory of the present Kaluga region. Representatives of the regional Tatar autonomy gave Rustam Minnikhanov a capsule with land from the Kaluga region, where thousands of natives of Tatarstan are buried. Also, Rustam Minnikhanov was presented the first copy of the book, which included 2,255 recovered names and biographies of the fallen Tatarstanians.
