February 27, the society of Tatar culture in the Estonian maakonde (county) Ida-Virumaa is preparing to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Festival will be held at the House of Culture of the Kohtla-Jarve town.
A gala evening will bring together representatives working in Estonia Tatar communities. A significant part of the event will be dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the poet -hero Musa Jalil, a video presentation to feature the immortal lines of his poetry.
To share the joy of the anniversary celebrations and to honor the memory of Jalil from Tatarstan to Kohtla-Jarve creative teams are coming. The concert is expected to perform Farida Alsu-duo, a famous singer Ferdinand Fatkhi, a bayanist Rustem Rakhmatullin.
Chief of department on work with foreign organizations of the WCT executive committee Lenara Kuteeva will come to the Estonian Tatars to congratulate on behalf of the World Congress of Tatars, and hand over the gifts.
