From September 4 to 8, VDNH  (All-Russia Achievements of National Economy)  will host the 32nd Moscow International Exhibition  Book Fair (MIEBF), the largest and oldest book forum in Russia and Eastern Europe, a notable event in the cultural life of Moscow and Russia as a whole.

 

For five days, the 75th pavilion of VDNH will become the center of the literary life of the capital, where visitors can meet with leading publishers and writers of Russia and abroad. The fair coincides with the celebration of Moscow City Day and is integrated into its program of events as the capital’s most literary venue.

 

The newly organized exhibition space, a powerful program for those interested in book illustration, new meeting formats with popular authors, lectures and discussions are just a small part of what awaits the guests of the MIEBF this time.

 

33 countries will present their books on the forum, including Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Vietnam, Germany, Greece, Egypt, Israel, India, Iran, Italy, China, North Korea, Colombia, Latvia, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Pakistan, Poland, Serbia, Singapore, Syria, Turkey, France, Estonia, South Korea, Japan. As well as guests from the Commonwealth of Independent States: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.

 

The Tatar book publishing house will traditionally take part at the MIEBF with the organization of an exhibition-sale. The stand of the Tatar Book Publishing House will be located at VDNH in Pavilion 75 (Hall A, place Q-11). At the stand it is planned to exhibit more than 300 titles of books with a total of over 1800 copies of books on various subjects:

 

– children

– historical

– popular science

– help, training, as well as dictionaries and albums

– productions of famous classics of Tatar literature and young authors, colorful albums, cards for young readers and much more.
