The anniversary concert of the Surgut collective of Tatar culture “Sandugach” is scheduled for December 1, 2019. This year the ensemble turns 35 years old.

For the enormous contribution to the preservation and development of national traditions and culture, a collective was repeatedly awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks from  administration of the district, the city of Surgut and Surgut region, enterprises and organizations of the city, district, and the Republic of Tatarstan. And in 2016, Nuriya Akhatovna, permanent leader of the team, was awarded the title “Honored Worker of Culture of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra”.

It should be noted that there is a continuity of generations in the ensemble. Once the soloists of the children’s group were just kids, but now they have learned to sing, and dance, and perform with their mothers.

The members of the ensemble have already begun preparations for the anniversary evening. The concert program will include colorful performances, most loved by the audience in  entire history of the collective, as well as star guests from the Republic of Tatarstan are expected.
