The contest “Uнnagyz garmunnar!” held in Urmaevo

On the basis of the ethnographic center of the Urmaevsky rural House of Culture of the Chuvash Republic, the second Interregional competition of performers on the national folk instruments “Uynagyz, garmunnar!” was held. The event is organized in accordance with the plan of the main events of the public organization “National-cultural autonomy of the Tatars of the Chuvash Republic”, MBUDO “Komsomol Children’s Art School” of the Komsomolsky district of the Chuvash Republic together with the Urmaevsky rural House of Culture.
The event was attended by deputy head of the administration of the Komsomolsk district, I.N. Lepeshkina, head of the Urmayevsky rural settlement, M.M. Zainullin, and chairman of the NCAT of the Chuvash Republic, F.A. Gibatdinov.
The competition was attended by instrumental groups and individual performers on folk instruments from the regions of the Chuvash Republic, Tatarstan, the Republic of Mari El, the Ulyanovsk region. The age of participants ranged from 6 to 80 years.
The ensembles “Mishar” and “Tamchy” have presented their beautiful new ethnic costumes to the audience, national instruments – a gift from the government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Chairman of the jury, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Mari El Magsumyanov Garay Gabdrakhmanovich noted that there are so many stars in the sky that it is difficult to note the brightest, and it is difficult to distinguish among the contestants
the best instrumentalists of this event. But still the competition is a competition and the jury awarded two Grand Prix.
The best of the best were the ensemble of folk instruments “Yatagan” MBU TO “Arsk Children’s Art School” Arsk of the Republic of Tatarstan, and among individual performers – a teacher of MBUDO
