In Moscow,  the strategic document of the Tatar people  discussed

A public discussion of the strategy for the development of the Tatar people, which should be adopted as early as next year, began in the national-cultural associations of the regions of the Russian Federation. The  Moscow Tatars Shtab  has acted as a striker. About three expert groups working independently on the strategy; a nation that can only be saved in the city; and the need to pay attention to the first Tatar newspapers – in the report  by “BUSINESS Online”.

The development of the strategy for progressing   the Tatar people has  entered the category of urgent issues on September 24, when  President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, in his address to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, instructed to speed up its adoption. After that, a working group was created headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan and the head of the National Council of Milli Shura Vasil Shayhraziev. It was also decided to collect proposals from the national-cultural associations of the Tatars in the regions of the Russian Federation and abroad. On the evening of last Tuesday, one of the first discussions of the strategy was held at the Moscow  Tatars Shtab  in Moscow.

Among the guests were the famous historian Damir Iskhakov, chairman of the All-Tatar Society of Local History Studies of Russia, Albert Burkhanov,  chairman of the Board of the Union of Composers of Russia Rashid Kalimullin and others. When everyone took their places, they gave a floor to  head of the “Shtab ” Rustem Yamaleev for  a word of greeting. He reminded the guests of the history of the structure and spoke about the scope of its activities, noting the great contribution to the creation of the organization by  former head of Tatarstan, the first secretary of the Tatar Regional Party Committee Fikryat Tabeev. On behalf of the club, Yamaleev made a proposal in the framework of the project “Great Names of Russia” to assign the name of Tabeev to the international airport Begishevo. “He played a key role in the development of the Zakamsky region of Tatarstan. Therefore, we – colleagues and students of the legendary leader – believe that the assignment of his name to the airport Begishevo deservedly so. We do not know how it will pass, we have written requests, this question is now under consideration, ”admitted  head of the  Tatars Shtab in Moscow.
