The festival of Siberian Tatars starts in Tobolsk

Today the XI International festival of historical and cultural heritage of Siberian Tatars “Isker-zhyen” starts. Representatives of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Samara, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Leningrad, Tyumen regions, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District take part. Representatives of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Chief Editor of the magazine “Tugan Kir” Damir Iskhakov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor Albert Burkhanov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, writer Fauzia Bayramova, representatives of the RT Ministry of Culture.

August 03, 2018, 10:00 pm – the XII All-Russian scientific-practical conference “The historical fate of Isker” (conference hall of the hotel “Slavyanskaya”, 9 md., P. 1);
August 04, 2018, 11:00 pm – inauguration of the XI International Festival of the historical and cultural heritage of the Siberian Tatars “Isker-zhyen “, competitive performances of the participants in all nominations, Katy-Ash, sports competitions (Iskar Complex – 19 km highway “Tobolsk-Baigara” of Tobolsk district, “Kuchumovo hillfort”);
