Head of  Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars Rinat Zakirov celebrates the 70th anniversary

August 1, 2018 marks the 70th anniversary  Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Rinat Zakirov.

The congratulation by  Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress Vasily Shaikhraziev:

Dear Rinat Zinnurovich!

Your 70th anniversary is a noticeable and important phenomenon in the life of Tatarstan and the Tatar people. Having received excellent education  in an industrious rural family, you  have mastered the specialty of a chemical engineer, but devoted your entire life to humanitarian, ideological and managerial activities,  having achieved  the highest peaks in all chosen areas.

The experience of educating youth, defending a Ph.D. dissertation in pedagogy, coordinating creative associations and supporting cultural figures, the ability to create new structures and develop business – all this was revealed during the years of managing  a major national cultural and museum center, and then  Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars.

Defending  doctoral thesis on the history of the Tatar people and organizing the effective work of public associations of the Tatar regions, entrepreneurs and agrobusiness, local lore, women, youth, coordinating religious and national cultural organizations, modernizing the theatrical, musical and choreographic collectives, you proved your ability to implement socially significant projects.

In the days of your 70th birthday, you have the right to be proud of the results of an honorable and very complex activity to support and consolidate the Tatar communities of Russia and the world.

In dozens of regions and countries, with the assistance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the World Congress of Tatars and other national organizations, active measures are taken to develop culture, education, training  young cadres with the assistance of Tatarstan, maintaining ethnic self-awareness, interaction with authorities and the business community.

Working for a long time in difficult responsible areas, you always acted and act purposefully and persistently, giving all your strength, skill and experience for the good of the people.
