The World Conference of Russian Compatriots opened today. More than 150 people from 82 countries gathered in Moscow. Among them are leaders and activists of public associations, representatives of government and clergy of various faiths, as well as heads non-governmental organizations.

The theme of the forum was “Strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values is the key to the unity of Russian compatriots.”

The participants discussed the consolidation of Russian compatriots around traditional spiritual and moral values.

The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, Head of the Committee on National Education, Culture and Sports Razil Zinnatulin.
