The VII regional festival of national cultures “We live in the Urals took place at the Sverdlovsk Oblast State Folklore Palace. The festival was attended by creative teams of different nationalities and ethnic groups living in the Middle Urals.

Out of 48 Tatar amateur groups, only 7 collectives took part.

Nizhneserginsky region was represented by creative teams of from Arakaevo village, and quite successfully, haven taken four prizes. According to the results of the festival, a vocal group of folklore-ethnographic ensemble “Ak kalfak” Urmikeevsky House of culture took 1st place, a choreographic ensemble of the same group has also been awarded the Diploma of 1 degree. A vocal group song and dance ensemble “Raikhan” from Ufa-Shigirinsky House of culture took 2nd place, a choreographic ensemble group “Yoldyzlar” was awarded the Diploma of 1 degree

The national team of Tatar and Bashkir culture “Yalkyn” from Nizhny Tagil received the Diploma of 1 degree in the nomination “Vocal”.

The ensemble of Tatar song “Tan Yoldyz” from village Bulanash of Artemovskiy region, and ensemble “Tang Nurlar” from village Emanzelga of Krasnoufimsky region received diplomas for participation.
