The event was organised jointly by the World Congress of Tatars, the National and Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars in Perm Krai and the Ministry of Culture of Perm Krai.

Ilsur Ziganshin is a teacher of history and social studies at Kazan lyceum boarding school no.2. He has been working there for 12 years and during this time he has trained more than 120 prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad of Schoolchildren in law and social studies.
